🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy – [Your Store Name]

We want you to love your new look! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. 🕒 Return Window

  • You may return or exchange eligible clothing items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.


2. 🔁 Exchanges

  • We offer free size exchanges (U.S. only) for most items, subject to availability.

  • If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll help you initiate the exchange.


3. 💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).


4. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

  • Gift cards


5. 📦 Return Process

  1. Email [support@yourstore.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely and drop off using your preferred shipping method (unless a prepaid label is provided).

  4. Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


6. ❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.


7. 🌍 International Orders

  • International returns are accepted, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.


8. 🛍️ In-Store Returns (if applicable)

If you also have a physical location:

  • Items purchased online may be returned at our physical store within the return window.

  • Please bring your order confirmation or receipt.
