1. 🕒 Return Window

You may return or exchange eligible clothing items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
2. 🔁 Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges (U.S. only) for most items, subject to availability.

If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we’ll help you initiate the exchange.
3. 💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
4. 🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Clearance or final sale items

Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

Gift cards
5. 📦 Return Process

We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Pack the item(s) securely and drop off using your preferred shipping method (unless a prepaid label is provided).

Once we receive the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
6. ❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. 🌍 International Orders

International returns are accepted, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.
8. 🛍️ In-Store Returns (if applicable)
If you also have a physical location:

Items purchased online may be returned at our physical store within the return window.
